Supporting Manx Workshop

News

The Manx Workshop for the Disabled which is based in Douglas and headed up by Peter Hindley has recently finished a large job for us here at DLP – we needed some reworking on 6,000 grab rails which they have now completed and handed over. Speaking for the MWFD Peter said “It was a great opportunity to grow our team as the job kept two team members fully employed for over 3 months” he went on to say “We are looking forward to a long term relationship with the team at DLP”. Bruce Lockton, one of DLP’s Directors said “reworking these grab rails was a beneficial project for both parties, and we are currently in discussions with Peter and the team at the MWFD to see what other projects can be outsourced to them”.
